Refund Policy
Request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your Fluid Wiki purchase.

14-day full-refund promise
You may request a full refund of your Fluid Wiki desktop license purchase within 14 calendar days of the purchase date. You do not need to give a reason. Activating or using the software does not remove this promise. This is an additional refund commitment offered by Fluid Wiki.
How to request a refund
Email wenfh20@gmail.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout so we can locate the purchase. A short message requesting a refund is sufficient; usage records are not required. You can also request help using the support link in your Dodo Payments receipt or through Dodo Payments buyer support. Send your request within the 14-day window; processing time does not shorten your request window.
Payment processing
Dodo Payments acts as merchant of record and processes refunds. We will approve eligible requests under our 14-day promise and arrange the refund through Dodo Payments. Refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing and bank posting times depend on Dodo Payments and the payment provider; the refund is not necessarily visible immediately. See Dodo Payments’s Refund Policy for its processing rules.
After a refund
The refunded license is revoked. After one full refund, further purchases associated with the purchase email or linked IP may be restricted; contact support if you believe a restriction is incorrect. When the application next confirms the refund online, editing access is disabled; an offline credential may remain valid until its existing expiry. Your local documents are preserved and remain available for reading and export. Refunding the Fluid Wiki license does not refund separate fees charged by your AI provider.
Requests after 14 days
Contact wenfh20@gmail.com about duplicate charges, failed delivery, or significant product defects even if more than 14 days have passed. We review these issues individually and work with Dodo Payments where appropriate. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights, statutory remedies, or more protective rights that apply to your purchase.
